• Rooms must be booked by Monday, April 8th to take advantage of our special rates, based on availability
• Payment: All guest room, tax and incidentals charges will be the responsibility of each individual.
• Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed for rooms and tax when making the reservation.  Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they do not cancel 48 hours prior to arrival; cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in date will not be penalized.
• Hotel Services: The Aviary is the spot for breakfast! Featuring locally sourced ingredients harvested during peak freshness, Chef Yo offers delectable options that are mindful of your health too. And it’s included with your stay!
• Guest Parking: Self-parking is available to overnight guests for $20.00 per night in the hotel’s parking garage.  
• Terms: Check-in time: 4 PM Check-out time: 12 PM Parking: $20.00 overnight garage parking available Credit Card Authorization: At check in, the payment credit card will be authorized for all room charges and tax plus an additional $250 as a security deposit for the hotel. If paying with a debit card, this amount will come out of your account at check in and the $250 deposit will be refunded after check out. Timing varies based on financial institution. 
• Pet Policy: We accept dogs up to 50 pounds at a rate of $125.00 per stay, up to 7 nights. Please contact the hotel for additional details. Rates subject to change.
